This 2,500 square foot Annex home was a former rooming house with nine apartments. The project entailed gutting and redesigning the entire house and having two small additions constructed off the rear, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. The main feature is the central staircase which has a railing composed of glass panels with oak handrails and runs up the center of the home with a large skylight above.
